The OMMC Team is made up of volunteers that selflessly give their time back to the community by providing pro bono services to uninsured workers in Lafayette and Yalobusha counties. Without their commitments our clinic would not be here today. Thank you to all of the volunteers that give of their time and knowledge to the people of our community. Here are some things the volunteers are saying: "You get so much more back. The patients are ideal.... they are appreciative. And you are offering them what every human being has a right to - basic medical care" Wanda Ikeda, Volunteer Nurse Practitioner |

The OMMC team has a lot of good reasons to be looking forward to 2009. Having opened in 2007 and having a great 2008, 2009 promises to be a landmark year. We are already exceeding expectations. We are currently serving 320 patients in our patient assistance program, and have filled 3343 prescriptions valued at over $264,970! In 2009 we hope to raise more money for operations so that we can serve more of our community. If you are interested in donating, please follow the Donate Now! link under resources to the left. |
