Our Mission at OMMC is to provide the best medical care possible

We are currently serving patients entirely with volunteers from the medical community.  Our doctors and nurses are like you and come to the clinic on Tuesday evening after already working a full day

Please respect them and thank them for volunteering at the clinic

TUESDAY CLINIC NIGHTS

Clinic evenings begin at 4:00 pm and we operate on a first come, first in line basis

Our goal is to have each patient seen by all medical staff within two hours

We understand that you have already had a long day and are ready to go home but please be patient with us 

RECEPTION AREA

Please turn off your cell phones when entering the clinic

We do not allow cell phone use inside the clinic

Please do not bring food or drink inside the clinic 

APPOINTMENTS

You are given an appointment card at each visit for your next appointment

Please keep this card in a safe place and telephone the clinic if your are unable to keep the appointment or need to reschedule

Three missed appointments without cancellation will result in termination of services to you 

PRESCRIPTIONS

The Pharmacist will fill your prescriptions on Tuesday night

Please wait in the reception area until you have received your prescriptions 

PRESCRIPTION REFILLS

When you see that you only have a weeks supply of your medication left, please call (662) 234-1374 for your refills

Please call in your refills by noon on Monday as refills are filled only on Tuesday afternoons

You may pick up your refill beginning Wednesday mornings during normal business hours between 9am and 4pm

Please telephone before you come to the clinic to be sure that your prescription is ready and not on order 

BUSINESS HOURS

Monday thru Thursday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Tuesday Clinic Night 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Emergencies: NO EMERGENCIES will be treated at Oxford Medical Ministries Clinic.  Patients with emergencies should proceed to Baptist Memorial Hospital North Mississippi Emergency Room.  THE PATIENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CHARGES. 

FINANCIAL ELIGIBILITY

Each year you will need to bring your current tax return and W-2 forms in order to remain eligible for our services and for us to continue providing you with prescription medication
